Prism was responsible for the development of the entire project, and co-developed the retail and garage components with a joint venture partner. Originally designed as a Marriott Renaissance Suite hotel and apartment tower, rather than condominiums, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company had committed to an all equity joint venture with Prism.
